Michael Knerr has served as a full time clinical faculty for the Marriage and Family Therapy program since 2015. In addition to clinical courses he has taught courses on ethics, family trauma, research in family therapy, and family therapy theory. Outside of the university, Michael and his wife own a private practice providing therapy to children, couples and families across Ohio. Michael has been an active participant in advocating for Marriage and Family Therapists within both the Ohio legislature and Ohio regulatory board.
